Representative

About the Role

Dallas DESK is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a solid sales background, preferably in the commercial, design, or specialized product industries. This role involves cultivating client relationships and providing tailored furniture solutions for both commercial and residential needs. Knowledge of design, project management, or the furniture industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, handle sales calls, and pursue other sales leads.
• Conduct on-site consultations and appointments with clients and vendors as needed.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and strive to exceed sales targets.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, including furniture specification, pricing, payment, and delivery.
• Maintain and expand client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary with commissions and potential performance bonuses

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
• Closed weekends and major holidays

Additional Notes

• This is a full-time, on-site position in Addison, TX. Remote work is not available.
